In October 2013 I had the privilege of being part of a missions team heading to Uganda and Kenya. Aside from helping with the children’s work in the two schools where some of the team were doing practical jobs, my main role in going was to help deliver value-based empowerment teaching to women. Some of this was done in the women’s wing of a prison, some in churches, some in a community setting and some sessions to a cooperative of women with HIV. All of the courses took place amidst abject poverty. During the visit it became abundantly clear how impacting the programme was. Many women also came to Christ.

While the content and subscription to Just Such a Time is currently free the eventual aim is to charge £1 a month to enable me to be able to offer similar training on future missions trips, for free. Your subscriptions would cover the cost of at least one global missions trip every year impacting countless lives and seeing women equipped and released.
